My initial impression restaurant was fairly basic and 'bistro-ish' as was the menu. When it arrived the food proved to be of a good standard with generous portions. Whilst it couldn't be considered fine dining the food was well presented and tasty and our bill for two courses with wine came in at around £40 which seems reasonable. During the meal both the waiter and the chef were friendly and came to ask us at least twice if everything was OK.February 01, 2017
